During the summer Dr Milan Moskala visited the Czech Republic after coming back from his missionary journey to the poorest regions of Kenya. Instead of taking a rest he definitely deserved, he spent time in the Czech Republic and Slovakia giving speeches about Bangladesh and needs people have there. Once again he was drawing attention to the difficult situation in Southeast Asia and inhuman living conditions the people and children in Bangladesh live in. He promoted his new project that is aimed at purchasing mosquito nets for the poor. Once provided with these nets, the people are better protected against mosquitoes that, as well known, transmit dangerous disease malaria.

Together with Dr Moskala we have discussed Mr. Pavel Voltr’s next journey to Bangladesh, drawn up other new projects and bought a new laptop for his work, which will serve him for medical and informative presentations, teaching the poor and children, communication and lectures. His old laptop has broken down after many years in demanding conditions. If he manages to get it repaired, he will teach his Bengali colleagues information technology. Education is one of the most important things in the poor countries apart from medical care and food aid.

Dr Moskala also went to the concert given by the Christian American band Heritage Singers in Ostrava, that performed in the Czech Republic for the first time. They also take notice of benefit events. After the concert they had a little talk with Mr. Moskala. At the beginning of August the doctor and his family are going to fly back to Dhaka.
